Convenient location in Soi Buakhao. Friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking and good security. Nice outside sitting area to observe Pattaya life. Reasonable price in a city like Pattaya. Quiet room despite being in the heart of nightlife. Close proximity to restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores. Easy access to transportation, including a taxi stand for airport transfers
No issues.

the room was clean and fresh and I was happy that I didnt get bedbug bites that most often come with budget prices. The vicinity was quiet but not remote and I had everything I needed at walking distance.
the lady receptionist that attended to me during check-in was quite defensive when I pointed out that she gave me a standard double room evenI was pre-booked for a standard twin room, and when the room I wanted was not available she did not do everything in her capacity to look for a solution. at this point her voice level was even higher than mine. the other hotel staff were cordial and warm.

Its location is very central to most of the services. Beach , bars, restaurants , and family marts all within a walking distance. Everything stays open till 3 am and beyond. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. All the staff gets to know u personally which means they know who is in what room and it adds to ur safety. This hotel is most suited for single people and backpackers and i will also recomend it to small families.
its not too big and therefore u can get personal and freindly service.

The newly refurbished Standard Premier Rooms at Sawasdee Pattaya Hotel were a comfortable and contemporary retreat. After a long day of exploring the city, it provided the perfect place to relax. The rooms were clean and cozy, with a private bathroom and hot shower. The cable TV and free WIFI were a nice bonus. The air conditioning and fridge with minibar were also great additions. I felt right at home in these rooms.
One thing that I personally didn't enjoy as much was the size of the room. It was a bit small for my taste.

The newly refurbished Standard Premier Rooms at Sawasdee Pattaya Hotel are a cozy and modern sanctuary to unwind in. The rooms come with a comfortable bed, a private bathroom with hot and cold shower, and a cable TV. The 24-hour front desk and security provide a sense of safety and convenience. As a backpacker, I loved how the rooms offered all the basic amenities I needed after a long day of exploring the city.
The only downside, in my opinion, was that the rooms could accommodate only up to 2 or 3 people.

This is a nice hotel in which you will have everyting you should have for a comfortable rest. I don't mean luxury. I mean reasonable prices, good and cheap restaraunt and excellent location! You will have everything around the hotel. Cheap shops , markets, bars, restaraunts massage salons and a dozen of go-go. Besides good hotel service, nice people and good mood.

Clean - great location - friendly and helpful staff. They provided extra services like printing for free, and even went the extra mile to return a lost phone promptly. It's definitely worth the money spent.
Recommend.

The variety of restaurants and lounges at Sawasdee & Woraburi ensured that I had plenty of options for delicious meals and relaxed dining experiences with my colleagues. The hotel had a friendly atmosphere and modern Thai-style accommodations, allowing me to unwind comfortably.
Well, I guess if you're looking for a hotel with boring food and a stuffy atmosphere, this definitely isn't the place for you.
